You can order through the website Cash on Delivery checkout or use a product’s official WhatsApp button for personal ordering assistance. Website COD orders are reviewed and confirmed by the Al Huma Collection team by phone before dispatch.

Calculated retail prices are displayed where our automated catalogue can confidently classify a design. If classification is uncertain or a supplier-price change requires review, the website displays “Price on enquiry” instead of estimating a price.

“Available to order” reflects the latest synchronized availability from our approved supplier source. Updates run approximately every 12 hours. Availability can change between updates, so confirmation from our team is required before payment.

Orders are fulfilled by Cash on Delivery within Pakistan, normally through TCS or Leopards Courier. Delivery costs Rs. 300 within Sialkot and Rs. 600 outside Sialkot for parcels up to 1 kg. Charges may increase depending on parcel weight or volume and will be communicated during the confirmation call. Estimated delivery TAT is up to 7 days after order confirmation and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customer reviews are published against the relevant product as submitted after security verification. Al Huma Collection does not edit customer ratings or review text. Spam, abusive, unrelated or fraudulent content may be hidden or removed through post-publication moderation.

Eligibility depends on the product condition, the nature of the concern and the terms confirmed for the order. Please inspect your parcel promptly and contact our team with the product code and supporting photographs before returning anything. Do not send a return without confirmation.

Information voluntarily provided through website checkout/order flows, WhatsApp, email or website enquiry flows may be used to answer enquiries, process orders and provide requested services. If you choose the optional advertising-measurement consent during checkout, limited browser identifiers may be used to measure advertising results; declining this optional consent does not prevent you from placing an order.
