Calculated retail prices are displayed where our automated catalogue can confidently classify a design. If classification is uncertain or a supplier-price change requires review, the website displays “Price on enquiry” instead of estimating a price.

“Available to order” reflects the latest synchronized availability from our approved supplier source. Updates run approximately every 12 hours. Availability can change between updates, so confirmation from our team is required before payment.

Orders are fulfilled by Cash on Delivery within Pakistan, normally through TCS or Leopards Courier. Delivery costs Rs. 300 within Sialkot and Rs. 600 outside Sialkot for parcels up to 1 kg. Charges may increase depending on parcel weight or volume and will be communicated during the confirmation call. Estimated delivery TAT is up to 7 days after order confirmation and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Submitted reviews are sent privately for moderation and are not published automatically. Spam, abusive language, personal information and content unrelated to a genuine customer experience may be rejected or removed. Minor spelling or formatting corrections may be made without changing the reviewer’s meaning. Published reviews may be removed upon the reviewer’s verified request.

Eligibility depends on the product condition, the nature of the concern and the terms confirmed for the order. Please inspect your parcel promptly and contact our team with the product code and supporting photographs before returning anything. Do not send a return without confirmation.

Product images, information, codes, prices and availability from the relevant Dawood Designers listings are used and synchronized with written authorization. Product colours may appear differently because of photography, lighting and screen settings.
